You will own the full project lifecycle and coordinate across design, procurement, and construction teams.

This role offers exposure to fast-paced, high-volume projects with a strong emphasis on cost control, schedule adherence, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Project Manager in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong electrical background including panels, distribution, substations, lighting, and power systems.
• Experience delivering data centre or mission-critical projects preferred.
• Knowledge of project planning, cost control, and resource management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English (mandatory); German preferred.
• Strong organising, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-volume project environments.

• Ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with stakeholder expectations
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning through to execution and closeout
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
• Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, reporting to senior management
• Manage procurement activities with a focus on cost efficiency
• Coordinate electrical design, installation, and construction activities
• Attend site meetings and oversee construction progress and schedule adherence
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards
• Manage change control processes and prevent scope creep
• Conduct project closeout activities including reporting and lessons learned

Skills/Must Have

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within electrical infrastructure projects

Salary
