meteocontrol GmbH sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Bereich OT/ICS-Sicherheit zur Implementierung sicherer Netzwerke für Netz- und Energiespeicheranlagen. Sie entwerfen Architekturen, konfigurieren Firewalls und übernehmen Risiko- und Sicherheitsbewertungen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden und Partnern zusammen, dokumentieren Ergebnisse und treiben fortlaufende Verbesserungen in einem projektorientierten Umfeld voran.

Qualificações

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung in Informatik, IT-Sicherheit, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder verwandtem Bereich.
• Berufserfahrung oder praktische Kenntnisse in OT/ICS-Sicherheit, industrieller Netzwerktechnik oder Netzwerktechnik.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und Protokollen (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Firewalls, industrielle Protokolle).
• Vertrautheit mit Sicherheitslösungen wie Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Netzüberwachung und SIEM-Lösungen.
• Kenntnisse in Segmentierung, sicherer Fernzugriff, Zugriffskontrolle und System-Härtung.
• Kenntnisse relevanter Standards wie IEC 62443, NIS2 und KRITIS.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsabilidades

• Implementieren und Inbetriebnahme von Netz- und Cybersicherheitslösungen für PV- und BESS-Anlagen.
• Entwurf sicherer OT-Netzwerkarchitekturen inkl. Segmentierung und Firewall-Konfiguration.
• Integration von Firewalls, managed Switches und Monitoring-Systemen.
• Durchführung von Sicherheitsbewertungen, Risiko- und Schwachstellenanalysen.
• Dokumentation von Netzarchitekturen, Sicherheitskonfigurationen und Umsetzungsschritten.
• Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Projekt Stakeholdern.
• Aktive Mitgestaltung sicherer Lösungen und ständiges Verbessern.

About us

Your mission:

• Implement and commission network and cybersecurity solutions for utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) power plants and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Design and implementation of secure OT (Operational Technology) network architectures, including network segmentation, firewall configuration, secure remote access, and system hardening.
• Integrate and configure network security solutions, including firewalls, managed switches, and monitoring systems, in close collaboration with your colleagues
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk assessments for industrial control systems in renewable energy plants.
• Implement and improve cybersecurity measures in line with relevant standards and requirements, such as IEC 62443, NIS2, and KRITIS.
• Coordinate technical requirements and security concepts with customers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Document network architectures, security configurations, risk assessments, and implementation procedures to support secure operations and compliance requirements.
• Take a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to technical challenges and continuously improve our cybersecurity solutions.

Your profile:

• Degree or vocational training in computer science, cybersecurity, electrical engineering, automation technology, communications engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience or a strong practical background in OT/ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security, industrial networking, or network engineering.
• Good knowledge of network technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and industrial communication protocols.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), network monitoring, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
• Knowledge of network segmentation, secure remote access, access control, and system hardening.
• Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements, particularly IEC 62443, NIS2, and KRITIS.
• Experience with threat modelling, risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, or security documentation is desirable.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mentality, willingness to take ownership, and ability to work effectively in a project-based environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
