Job summary

Gulp AG sucht im Auftrag unseres Geschäftspartners eine/n Projektkoordinator/in als Clinical Supply Project Associate. Sie unterstützen das CSPM bei der Bereitstellung klinischer Studienproben und fungieren als zentrale Kontaktstelle für das CSPM-Team.

Sie planen, organisieren und koordinieren Probenlieferungen, erstellen Bestellungen für Verpackung und Kennzeichnung, arbeiten an GMP-/GCP-relevanten SOPs mit und kommunizieren mit Schnittstellen weltweit, um Termine einzuhalten.

• Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des CSPM bei Bereitstellung klinischer Studienproben
• Zentrale Kontaktstelle für CSPM-Gruppe bei standardisierten Aktivitäten
• Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Proben für klinische Studien
• Erstellung von Bestellungen für Verpackung und Kennzeichnung sowie Initiierung weiterer Aktivitäten
• Unterstützung bei Revision oder Erweiterung der GCP-/GMP-relevanten SOPs

Supporting the Clinical Supplies Project Manager (CSPM) in the provision of clinical trial samples; assuming the role of central contact person for the entire CSPM group for standardized activities for various global clinical trials; contributing to the planning, organization, and coordination of trial samples for conducting clinical trials; creating orders for packaging and labeling clinical trial samples in the inventory management system and initiating corresponding additional activities; supporting the revision or extension of the validity period of clinical trial samples; communicating with relevant interfaces in case of ambiguities or changes to timelines; contributing to the development of new concepts and strategies related to the provision of clinical trial samples; presenting concepts and collaborating in local and global project teams; supporting the creation and revision of GMP- and GCP-relevant SOPs.

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder heilberufliches Studium (Bachelor oder duales Studium)
• Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Erfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung oder im GMP-/GCP-Umfeld
