P R O J E C T A S S I S T A N T (m/F/d)
Focus on Software & Processes in Mechanical Engineering

Your area of responsibility:

• Supporting IT project management in the planning, organization, and tracking of projects
• Assistance with the structured collection and preparation of requirements, processes, and project information
• Maintenance of project plans, overviews, status reports, and documentation
• Support in the analysis and optimization of business and production processes
• Assistance with software and ERP projects (e.g., testing, data maintenance, task coordination)
• Scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations, including taking minutes
• Liaison role between IT, business units, and external partners
• Planning and conducting training sessions on the new process landscape

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in business, technology, or IT, or a comparable qualification
• Previous experience in project work, as a project assistant, or in an IT organizational setting is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A highly organized, meticulous, and reliable work style
• A basic understanding of technology or an interest in IT and mechanical engineering topics is a plus
• Ability to present information accurately and document it in a clear and understandable manner
• Calm, professional communication and the ability to work well with others
• Reliability, accuracy, and a commitment to high-quality work
