Are you experienced in leading software projects and enjoy working with intercultural project teams? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to apply your existing knowledge and continuously expand your expertise? Then join our team as a Project Manager! As a Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with a team of application developers and solution architects on our customer projects and take the lead in all phases of the projects from planning to the implementation of our innovative PLM and IoT system solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation of our open and modular software portfolio and continuous enhancement of existing system solutions in advanced customer projects.
• Planning, steering, and controlling of project activities using risk, change request and stakeholder management techniques.
• Professional leadership and coordination of expert teams, fostering a trusting and collaborative relationship with our business partners.
• Preparation and presentation of current project statuses and results to the steering committee and our management team.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or scientific field with a strong IT focus.
• Experience in leading complex software projects and intercultural project teams, along with proficiency in managing customer requirements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of traditional or agile project management, preferably with certification (e.g., PMI, GPM (IPMA), PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum, or AgilePM).
• Practical experience in using project management tools from previous projects and a fundamental understanding of software development.
• Consultancy expertise in one of the areas of Product Lifecycle Management, ideally with industry experience in the automotive or mechanical engineering sector.
• Strong assertiveness, adaptability, and mobility in project operations, as well as a proactive, systematic, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and project partners, with a confident command of the English language in written and spoken form.
