Jobbeschreibung

As Product Project Manager you will :

• Be responsible for the development of new products and product updates within both Germany and Austria markets.
• Drafting, editing and formatting of customer documentation, ensuring technical accuracy while being accessible and understandable for our target customers.
• Propose changes to products and policy wordings with the intention of strengthening and enhancing product offerings, including oversight of the implementation of any changes.
• Developing internal processes for product wordings and technical improvements to customer documentation.
• Preparing internal expert documents to be followed through the product development process and, where necessary, preparing for presentation to senior leadership.
• Engaging with various departments to design and develop product concepts, create briefing documents and relevant supporting materials as per the product development process.
• Support the research, testing and understanding of agreed target markets, including the evaluation of customer requirements.
• Keep up to date with market developments (e.g. competitor analysis, product development, regulation and law).
• Provide product expertise in support of new business proposals and sales activities, as required.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and shaping new product propositions and innovations.
• Act as an internal expert with regards to the technical details of our product range, our policy terms, application process, claims process, etc, as well as those of our business partners.
• Review and provide inputs in local language to press releases, marketing communications and product training.

Required Experience

• Writing, editing and ownership of customer documentation including Terms & Conditions, Application forms, IPID’s, Certificates etc.
• Development of insurance product propositions for life and / or non-life preferably related to financial services.
• Understanding of product development process for insurance products.
• Insurance Experience in the relevant market(s).
• Expert in MS office applications and experience with Adobe InDesign.

Required Education

• Native German speaker and business fluent in English.
