Your tasks:

1. Responsibility for a modern IT solution in a globally operating industrial insurance company
2. Managing product development in an agile project environment (Scrum, SAFe)
3. Developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy
4. Gathering feedback through regular stakeholder interactions to adapt strategies and improve user experience
5. Leading an agile Scrum team, including budget responsibilities
6. Participating actively in team and program meetings such as planning, reviews, and system demos within a scaled agile (SAFe) environment

Your profile:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business informatics, insurance, or a related field
2. Experience as a product owner or agile manager, ideally with a technical focus
3. Experience in digitalizing insurance processes
4. Strong ownership of product development, with a focus on realizing the product vision and increasing business value
5. Excellent analytical skills, a holistic mindset, and an independent, structured working style
6. Excellent communication skills and self-initiative
7. Proficiency in English (C1 level)
