• Several years of PM experience in complex B2B software, preferably ERP/Finance/Controlling.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, or Controlling processes.
• Technical enough to assess APIs, integrations, data flows and risks with Eng; coding not required.
• Experience with product discovery, customer engagement and data-driven decisions.
• Strong commercial sense with pricing, packaging or monetization experience.
• Structured, analytical approach and ability to prioritize topics into clear decisions.
• Excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align diverse views.

• Share responsibility for the commercial management of the product area, including P&L
• Develop product positioning, the value proposition, and the differentiation strategy
• Manage pricing models together with Sales and executive management
• Share responsibility with the Marketing team for sales and enablement materials and sales team training
• Represent the product area to executive management, customers, and internal stakeholders, for example at conferences or with key customers
• Structure complex topics, make trade-offs visible, and establish a clear basis for decision-making

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience in Product Management for complex B2B software, preferably ERP, Finance, or Controlling products
• Solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, or Controlling processes
• Sufficient technical understanding to assess APIs, integrations, data flows, architectural dependencies, and technical risks together with Engineering; programming skills are not required
• Experience with Product Discovery, customer engagement, and data- or evidence-based product decisions
• Strong commercial understanding, ideally with experience in business cases, pricing, packaging, or monetization
• Highly structured and analytical approach, with the ability to prioritize complex topics and translate them into clear decisions
• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to bring together different perspectives and say no with sound reasoning
• Industry experience in furniture, kitchen, or specialty retail is helpful but not required
