Jobtailor seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead supply chain product strategy and roadmap for global logistics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable features and drive value across order management, inventory, and distribution.

You will work remotely from Canada, partner with stakeholders worldwide, and champion data-driven decisions using NetSuite integrations and Anaplan planning tools to improve adoption and operational

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a product manager
• Expertise with NetSuite ERP, NetSuite Inventory Management, and NetSuite WMS, including integrations and data pipelines
• Experience with demand planning systems such as Anaplan is a plus
• Experience with transportation management systems such as Oracle TMS is a plus
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric and operationally focused products that add measurable value
• Ability to translate user needs into impactful product features
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to build strong business relationships and influence across functions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• Experience leading cross-functional product development in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience embedding Scrum practices across engineering and business teams
• Experience guiding iterative planning, prioritization, and delivery
