Qualifications

• Умение эффективно сотрудничать с UX/UI дизайнерами и инженерами.
• Знание product discovery, delivery и agile процессов.
• Техническое понимание цифровых платформ и frontend-разработки.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами.
• Самоорганизованный, независимый и проактивный стиль работы.

Responsibilities

• Развитие и постоянное совершенствование цифровых продуктов в рамках онлайн-рынка.
• Анализ и оптимизация пользовательских путей, checkout-флоу и frontend-опыта на веб и мобильных платформах.
• Выявление потребностей клиентов и возможностей продукта через discovery.
• Перевод бизнес-требований в понятные user stories, приоритеты и задачи разработки.
• Тесное сотрудничество с UX/UI дизайнерами, инженерами и бизнес-стейкхолдерами.
• Управление поставкой продукта от концепции до реализации и запуска.
• Использование обратной связи клиентов и метрик продукта для поиска точек роста.

For our client, an internationally successful company in the e-commerce sector, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/f/d) to support the development and optimization of a global digital platform. In this role, you will focus on enhancing user experience, improving web and mobile applications, and optimizing customer journeys within an online marketplace environment. You will work closely with international design, engineering and business teams to turn customer needs into effective product solutions.

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital products within an e-commerce and marketplace environment
• Analyze and optimize user journeys, checkout flows and frontend experiences across web and mobile platforms
• Identify customer needs and product opportunities through product discovery
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, priorities and actionable development tasks
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers and business stakeholders
• Manage product delivery from initial concept through implementation and launch
• Use customer feedback and product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Требования

• Several years of experience in digital product management, ideally 3–4 years in e-commerce or online marketplaces
• Strong understanding of marketplace business models, customer journeys and checkout processes
• Experience managing web and mobile products
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI design and engineering teams
• Practical knowledge of product discovery, product delivery and agile development processes
• Solid technical understanding of digital platforms and frontend development
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Independent, proactive and structured working style with the ability to quickly take ownership
• Very good English communication skills
