Qualifications

• Более 6 лет опыта в управлении продуктами, в т.ч. в технических областях и платформах.
• Глубокое понимание распределённых систем и архитектуры сервисов.
• Практический опыт API-проекта: дизайн интерфейсов, жизненные циклы, версионирование, депрецирование.
• Сильное владение приоритизацией, ориентированностью на результат и принятием компромиссных решений.
• Опыт ведения кросс‑функциональной реализации в динамичных условиях.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки на немецком и английском языках.

Responsibilities

• Ведёте стратегическую команду платформы от формулировки задачи до реализации и результатов.
• Разрабатываете масштабируемые решения, упрощающие интеграцию и самообслуживание команд.
• Согласуете стандарты, приоритеты и планы развёртывания между командами и стейкхолдерами.

You are responsible for a central area of our Product Platform, shaping the foundation on which several product teams work every day. The platform brings together shared functions, services, and APIs used across products and teams in important user journeys. In this role, you create the conditions for teams to work faster and more efficiently.

You are responsible for a strategic platform team, from problem definition through product strategy and roadmap to implementation and measurable results. Together with engineers and product teams, you develop scalable platform solutions that are easy to use and give teams genuine self-service. You bring teams and stakeholders together around shared standards, priorities, and rollout plans, ensuring consistent implementation across areas. You work closely with Engineering on stable interfaces, clear lifecycle rules, and effective versioning and deprecation strategies to keep the platform reliable and healthy in the long term. You develop and improve Golden Paths that simplify integrations and help teams deliver faster and more safely. You define relevant success metrics and use them to continuously improve platform adoption, reliability, and Developer Experience. You use AI pragmatically wherever it creates real value, for example in discovery, decision-making, or implementation. You write clear PRDs, decision documents, and stakeholder updates that create alignment and transparency and align teams around shared goals.

Требования:

More than 6 years of experience in Product Management, including responsibility for complex and technical product areas, as well as in-depth experience with platforms, infrastructure-related products, developer-focused solutions, or comparably technical fields. A good understanding of distributed systems, service architectures, and typical challenges in the interaction between multiple systems. Practical experience with API product thinking, including interface design, lifecycle management, versioning, and deprecation. Strong product understanding in prioritization, outcome focus, and trade-off decisions, as well as a proven ability to manage cross-functional implementation across multiple teams in dynamic environments. Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to create clarity between Engineering, Product, and Leadership stakeholders. A pragmatic approach to AI and a good sense of where it can meaningfully improve processes, decisions, or products.
