Job summary

Erstling приглашает на должность менеджера по электронной коммерции (м/ф/д). Вы будете развивать наш онлайн-магазин и работать над повышением трафика, конверсии и продаж. Анализируете поведение клиентов, находите возможности along the customer journey, планируете и внедряете меры по оптимизации магазина и цифрового маркетинга.

Вы держите ключевые метрики, развиваете отчетность и выводите конкретные меры. Тесно сотрудничаете с Marketing, Sales, Purchasing и внешними подрядчиками для согласования

Qualifications

Задачи:

You develop our online shop and work to sustainably increase traffic, conversion and online sales. You analyze our customers' behavior and identify opportunities along the customer journey. You plan and implement measures to optimize our shop and digital marketing. You keep an eye on key metrics, develop reporting further and derive concrete measures from it. You work closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and external service providers and ensure that the product range, marketing and shop work together optimally.

Требования:

You have professional experience in e-commerce, online marketing or a comparable field. You have a good understanding of online shops, customer behavior and digital marketing. You enjoy working with numbers and data and can use them to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Ideally, you have already worked with an e-commerce platform, web analytics or tracking tools. You work independently and in a structured way, enjoy trying things out and developing them further, and like contributing your ideas. Будет плюсом: Experience with Shopware, GA4, Google Tag Manager or Search Console is a plus, but not essential
