We are looking for a committed Product Manager to join our Product team and drive change through the development of outcomes and measurable results.

Задачи:

• Work across industries with companies at different stages of development, from B2B to B2C Identify and activate new product levers by building new products (0-to-1), developing product strategies, or optimizing existing products through CRO initiatives and hands‑on implementation Conduct product analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and work closely with C-level stakeholders to define and implement product strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams—design, engineering and marketing—both on the client side and internally at Project A, to ensure aligned and effective implementation Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, monitor key KPIs, and continuously drive growth and optimization

Требования:

• 2–5 years of professional experience in product management, with a successful track record in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A data-driven mindset with solid experience in product analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills: You are a true team player, inspire others through collaboration and actively contribute to a positive company culture
• Technical background
• High self-motivation and high standards of performance
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
