Qualificações

• 2-5 years of professional experience in product management, with a successful track record in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with solid experience in product analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills: You are a true team player, inspire others through collaboration and actively contribute to a positive company culture.
• Technical background.
• High levels of self-motivation and ambition.
• Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
• Bonus: a strong sense for UX/UI.

Responsabilidades

• Work across industries with companies at different stages of development, from B2B to B2C.
• Identify and activate new product levers by building new products (0-to-1), developing product strategies or optimizing existing products through CRO initiatives and hands-on execution.
• Conduct product analyses, develop strategic recommendations and work closely with C-level stakeholders to define and implement product strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams—design, engineering and marketing—on both the client side and internally at Project A to ensure aligned and effective execution.
• Use data and analytics to make informed decisions, monitor key KPIs and continuously drive growth and optimization.
