Jobtailor seeks an experienced professional to lead customer discovery and enable end-to-end implementations in transportation and logistics.

You will collaborate with engineering to translate customer insights into product enhancements, leveraging AI-assisted tools and ensuring successful go-lives and ongoing monitoring. Strong communication, domain knowledge, and autonomy are essential.
