Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ERP data migration lead to coordinate large-scale conversion programs. You will drive end-to-end activities, translate requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires deep SAP know-how, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple streams while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment.

• Coordinate ERP data conversion activities across teams.
• Translate and document conversion requirements and detailed plans.
• Drive execution tasks with team members and stakeholders.
• Track progress, milestones and task completion; escalate issues
• Support Build Phase, system configuration design, testing, migration and hyper-care
• Complete functional specs, data mapping, cross-reference and data model docs
• Lead meetings with cross-functional leads
• Assess workload and optimize resource utilization
• Identify, assess, mitigate and monitor conversion risks
• Monitor and resolve conversion and deviation issues
• Communicate expectations and promote accountability
• Resolve conflicts, promote teamwork and motivate toward goals
• Manage multiple conversion activities, tasks and resources
• Documentation, profiling analytics, reporting and stakeholder communication
• Identify improvements to enhance cutover quality and efficiency

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience OR, in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
• Experience in large-scale ERP data migration and conversion, preferably within supply chain, operations, or manufacturing
• Experience with planning, production, and aftermarket-related responsibilities
• Experience with waterfall and agile Scrum project methodologies
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major RTX U.S. sites
• CORE or equivalent, such as Six Sigma or Change Management, and project management expertise preferred
• Experience in a matrixed team environment preferred
• SAP knowledge and prior implementation experience preferred
• Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects preferred
• Ability to manage multiple project activities concurrently in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience leading, influencing, and managing change at multiple organizational levels, including executive leadership, preferred
