Civica is seeking a senior product leader to define the strategic vision for the product team and drive roadmaps. You will lead other product managers, collaborating with design, research, engineering, marketing and customer success to translate customer needs into measurable product outcomes.

The role demands deep market insight, data-driven decision making, and experience launching software in a SaaS/PaaS/IaaS environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management in a modern software or product-led organisation.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and solve complex product-related issues.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Ability to understand customer needs, pain points, and motivations.

• Familiarity with UX design principles and human-centred design methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS
