Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Bayern sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Bauprojekt-Procurement-Experten zur Unterstützung der Umsetzung komplexer Bauvorhaben. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektteam zusammen, unterstützen Vor-/Nachkalkulationen, Ausschreibungen und Vergabeverfahren.

Sie bringen baubezogene Ausbildung mit oder idealerweise BA/MA Bauingenieurwesen bzw. Qualifikation als Techniker. Auch Berufseinsteiger willkommen; sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Nevaris-Erfahrung helfen.

Qualifikationen

• Berufsbildung mit baubezogenem Hintergrund.
• Bevorzugt: BA/MA Bauingenieurwesen oder Abschluss als Bautechniker/in.
• Auch Berufswechsler aus dem Baubereich willkommen.

Aufgaben

• Wirtschaftliche und technische Machbarkeit von Projekten vorbereiten.
• Beratung im Projektteam sowie mit Pre-Construction, Bauleitung, Kalkulation und weiteren Fachbereichen.
• Beziehungen zu Subunternehmern, Lieferanten und Fachplanern pflegen.
• Trends und Entwicklungen der Baubranche beobachten.
• Informationen rechtzeitig an die Ausschluss-/Kalkulationsabteilungen liefern.
• Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und Beschaffungsstrategien weiterentwickeln.
• Anforderungsklärung und Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen festlegen.
• Angebote einholen und analysieren.
• Verträge verhandeln und vergeben.
• Change-Order-Management sicherstellen.

Jobbeschreibung

• Prepare the commercial and technical feasibility and execution of the project
• Provide advisory support in collaboration with the project team, as well as with preconstruction, site management, planning, estimating, and other branches
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist planners before, during, and after the construction phase
• Monitor trends and developments in the construction industry
• Provide the estimating department and project teams with information in a timely manner
• Identify optimization opportunities and further develop existing procurement strategies
• Determine requirements and prepare tender specifications
• Obtain and analyze quotations
• Negotiate and award contracts
• Change order management

Requirements

• Vocational training with a construction-related background
• Preferred: completed degree in civil engineering (BA/MA) or qualification as a construction technician
• Career changers are also welcome (e.g., from building materials sales)
• Professional experience would be advantageous but is not essential; recent graduates and career starters are welcome
• Interest in delivering complex construction projects
• Sound knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Nevaris and similar software is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with strong negotiation skills
• Motivated, reliable, confident, team-oriented, communicative, flexible, creative, and analytical
• German language skills at C1 level required
