Jobtailor is seeking a technically skilled customer support specialist to assist clients in the construction industry. You will handle phone, email, and on-site support, and you will write guides and translate documentation.

Candidates should have a civil engineering or architecture background, knowledge of Tekla Structures or CAD tools, and strong German and English communication. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver expert support.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Practical knowledge of structural engineering and construction.
• Experience with Tekla Structures or CAD is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to provide on-site support when required.

Aufgaben

• Create, update, and translate training materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or an equivalent qualification or professional experience, for example as a drafter, structural engineer, technician, or technical systems planner
• Practical knowledge of structural engineering and construction
• Experience with Tekla Structures or other CAD solutions is an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly when dealing directly with customers
• Self-motivated, proactive, and service-oriented approach to work
• Strong team spirit and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented, even in dynamic situations
• Willingness to provide on-site customer support when required
