Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Project Manager for energy supply projects in Germany. You will manage quotations, clarify orders, assess risks, and coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement and PM leadership across construction sites.

Fluent German and English, a degree in Electrical Engineering (Energy Technology preferred) and experience with SAP and MS Office are required. You will oversee schedules, costs, installation and commissioning, and help win follow-up projects.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally specializing in Energy Technology.
• Several years of project management experience, including construction-site exposure.
• Experience commissioning medium- and low-voltage technology is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.

• Manage quotations and deliveries of customer-specific solutions for customers in the German market


• Conduct technical and commercial order clarification with customers and take responsibility for risk-based assessments based on calculations and technical drawings


• Analyze specifications, assess feasibility, prepare quotations, select suitable internal and external suppliers, and execute customer orders


• Structure projects with complex scopes of supply


• Work closely with Sales, customers, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Project Management leadership


• Manage the schedules for individual process steps and project costs throughout project execution


• Report project risks or major deviations to management or business unit leadership


• Report on the progress of completed projects as part of project reviews


• Take overall responsibility for the project and support internal and external customer acceptance activities


• Organize and supervise installation and commissioning activities at construction sites


• Identify and follow up on customer opportunities at customer locations or construction sites in order to win follow-up projects

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally specializing in Energy Technology. Alternatively, completed master craftsperson or technician training combined with construction-site experience


• Several years of professional experience in project management, including construction-site experience, or in project sales, ideally in the field of energy supply and distribution


• Experience commissioning medium- and low-voltage technology is an advantage


• Fluent written and spoken German and English


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP


• Solution-oriented mindset and approach, structured working style, and the ability to communicate confidently at various organizational levels
