Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor invites an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end enterprise deployments of the Prospeum platform. You will translate complex requirements into scalable rollout plans, train customers, and own the delivery lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.

In this role you will interact with C-level stakeholders, manage risks, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Leadership. German and English fluent is required for global interactions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting.
• Background in startups, enterprise software, or consultancies, ideally with procurement or supply chain exposure.
• Strong project management instincts: timelines, stakeholders, dependencies.
• Comfortable with enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a conceptual level.
• Technical curiosity; APIs, data models, and JSON should not be intimidating.
• Confident communicating with C-level stakeholders and managing expectations clearly.
• Fluent German and strong English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building from scratch.
• Ambitious and ownership-driven.
• No educational credential explicitly required.
