We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process & Tool Engineer to drive process harmonization and tool lifecycle management across our engineering organization. This role is essential for ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, document, implement, and optimize processes, while also managing engineering tools and their integration into our development workflows.

Your profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in process development, workflow optimization, and toolchain management
• Familiarity with engineering tools and standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO21434
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in training, change management, or working in a startup or fast-scaling OEM environment is a plus
