The training will involve close collaboration with experienced TSMC engineering teams and may include additional training at TSMC’s Newcomer Training Center in Taichung.

ESMC will also organize and provide air and ground transportation from Dresden to Taichung (Taiwan) and back at the conclusion of the training. Accommodation in Taiwan will be provided in one of TSMC’s company dormitories.
We offer a unique opportunity to gain exposure to world‑leading advanced manufacturing practices and to actively contribute to building ESMC from the ground up. Candidates should be comfortable in a dynamic environment where processes, documentation, and shift structures continue to evolve during the ramp‑up phase.
