A financial regulatory body based in Germany is seeking a candidate to draft new procedures and develop a department knowledge base. The ideal applicant should have a master’s degree in Economics or Finance, with professional experience in the financial sector advantageous. Proficiency in French, English, and German is required, while Luxembourgish is a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. The role offers a permanent contract with the possibility of civil servant status.

  • Professional experience within the financial sector, understanding of the regulatory environment and the Luxembourg economy are considered an advantage

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

The successful candidate (m / f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s / he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
