• Manage and deliver complex business development and acquisition projects, particularly within the framework of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)


• Take responsibility for the interface with clients and project partners in collaboration with various project teams


• Support and advise project teams throughout all phases of IPD projects as the central point of contact


• Coordinate and conduct IPD workshops


• Further develop and establish internal IPD standards


• Promote the IPD culture as a subject-matter expert within the company and among external project stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical or natural sciences discipline, preferably civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
