Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Project Manager to oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. You will interface with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, quality controls, and risk management, and you will guide project teams through implementation and completion.

The role requires 8–12 years in the field, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, and CCM.

Qualifikationen

• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring

• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Proficiency in MS Project

• Collaborate to develop solutions and guide project teams through implementation and completion

Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future


• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience


• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered


• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred


• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access and monitoring, and sound masking


• General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices


• Ability to read architectural drawings


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


• Proficiency in MS Project


• On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
