Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-priority digital transformation initiatives for Ministry clients. You will coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, establish timelines, and manage budgets and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience with ADX Studio/CRM Dynamics to Power Applications migrations, Power Pages, and Dataverse, plus knowledge of royalty systems and regulatory backstops.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading high-priority digital transformations.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience documenting business requirements and delivering IT solutions compliant with enterprise architecture.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity and legacy infrastructure modernization is a plus.
• Fluent English; German language skills are beneficial but not required.

• Lead a suite of four high-priority digital transformation initiatives for Ministry clients
• Oversee ADX Studio migration to Microsoft Power Pages and Dataverse, including planning, architecture setup, user story definition, workflow development, UAT, change management, and go-live
• Lead the Natural Gas Royalty-in-Kind initiative across MRIS, Intel ESG, Petrinex, and CARS for physical volume tracking, volumetric reconciliation, and financial integration
• Lead the Bitumen Royalty In-Kind Regulatory Backstop modernization across ETS, OASIS, CARS, RFM, and EAD, including manual process operationalization and full automation
• Lead Enhanced Hydrocarbon Recovery Program modernization across application intake, approval workflows, eligibility assessments, royalty calculation engines, credit management, and compliance reporting
• Coordinate and deliver IT projects from initiation through completion
• Establish timelines, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure project objectives are met
• Maintain working relationships with project teams, vendors, and cross-departmental partners
• Provide progress updates and prepare status reports for senior management
• Compile project charters and business/project plans
• Develop recommendations covering resources, dependencies, policy implications, and methodologies
• Lead or facilitate risk and impact assessments and engage stakeholders to evaluate risks
• Produce deliverables for internal support teams, steering committees, and project stakeholders
• Create and manage project budgets, track forecast versus actual expenditures, monitor variances, and report financial status
• Manage projects, resources, and project governance
• Ensure effective project communication and ensure project objectives are met
• Manage client relationships and resolve hurdles to achieve win-win solutions
• Develop project plans covering objectives, scope, assumptions, timelines, resources, risks, benefits, and budgets
• Develop project organization structures with defined stakeholder roles and responsibilities
• Report project status against objectives, milestones, budget, and resources; facilitate issue and risk tracking and closure
• Develop schedules, estimate resource requirements, monitor work plans, and take corrective action
• Guide project resources in setting priorities and delivering tasks
• Develop requirements documentation as needed
• Assess project outcomes and identify future improvement opportunities
• Provide leadership and assistance for change management and communications
• Apply project management office standards and help define new standards when needed

Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager with experience leading high-priority digital transformation initiatives
• Experience coordinating and delivering IT projects from initiation through completion
• Experience managing multiple projects, project resources, project governance, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and stakeholders
• Experience documenting business requirements and delivering IT solutions compliant with enterprise architecture
• Experience with cybersecurity, legacy infrastructure modernization, system integration, data, portal, or application migration
• Experience with ADX Studio/CRM Dynamics to Power Applications/Dataverse migrations
• Experience with Microsoft Power Pages and Dataverse
• Experience with physical commodity tracking, volumetric reconciliation, financial integration, or royalty systems
• Experience preparing project charters, business/project plans, status reports, risk assessments, recommendations, requirements documentation, and project schedules
• Experience with change management and communication support
• Ability to establish timelines, assign tasks, track progress, estimate resource requirements, monitor work plans, and take corrective action
• Ability to work with project sponsors, project management offices, business and IT leadership, vendors, cross-departmental partners, steering committees, and stakeholders
• Ability to track forecast versus actual expenditures and report financial status
• Ability to interpret risk/impact assessment findings and provide recommendations
• Ability to maintain client satisfaction and manage peer-level client relationships
