Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in the development of non-volatile memory technologies and devices.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and memory technology concepts.
• Experience with RRAM technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technology development.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Develop and maintain state-of-the-art embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) technologies together with semiconductor foundries.
• Support both technology development and sustaining projects to ensure continuous innovation and operational excellence.
• Drive the development and execution of Infineon’s embedded non-volatile memory technology roadmap.
• Lead and contribute to initiatives focused on improving non-volatile memory performance, reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across R&D, manufacturing, and product development.
• Identify, analyze, and implement technology enhancements to meet future market and customer requirements.
