Infineon Technologies in Munich seeks a Staff Engineer Digital Design to shape future technology within the Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with engineering to drive groundbreaking IP solutions for automotive applications and beyond.

In this role you implement review subblocks of non-volatile memories, contribute to microarchitecture, ensure functional safety and security, and collaborate across design, verification, and firmware teams to deliver robust IP.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in defining and implementing digital circuits and functionalities.
• Experience with digital design flow: RTL/simulation, linting, synthesis, STA, UPF, and DfT.
• Proficiency in HDL languages (SystemVerilog or VHDL).
• Strong knowledge of C and scripting languages (Perl or Python).
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

• Contribute to the specification and definition of the microarchitecture of non-volatile memories for automotive applications


• Ensure that the digital design meets the requirements regarding functional safety and security


• Drive technical decisions for your functional area and execute the implementation


• Collaborate closely with hard macro designers, verification engineers, digital design engineers, and firmware engineers to deliver thoroughly verified and robust IP solutions


• Create innovative architectures using the latest design techniques and tools


• Run logic synthesis and perform design verification activities, including linting, CDC analysis, and RDC analysis

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
