Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Staff Engineer Digital Design in our R&D team in Munich. You will shape the future of digital IP for non-volatile memories, leading architectural decisions and collaborating across design, verification, and firmware groups.

You will implement NVM blocks, ensure safety and security requirements, and drive advanced design techniques and verification methods within a cutting-edge semiconductor environment.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in defining and implementing digital circuits.
• Experience with RTL and gate-level simulation, linting, synthesis, STA, UPF (low-power), and DfT.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Strong knowledge of C and scripting languages (Perl/Python).
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

• Create innovative architectures using the latest design techniques and tools.
• Run logic synthesis and verification activities, including linting, CDC analysis, and RDC analysis.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Im plement and/or review subblocks of non-volatile memories (NVM)
• Contribute to the specification and definition of the microarchitecture of non-volatile memories for automotive applications
• Ensure that the d igital design meets the requirements regarding functional safety and security
• Drive technical decisions for your functional area and execute the implementation
• Collaborate closely with hard macro designers, verification engineers, digital design engineers, and firmware engineers to deliver thoroughly verified and robust IP solutions
• Create i nnovative architectures using the latest design techniques and tools
• Run logic synthesis and perform design verification activities, includinglinting, CDC analysis, and RDC analysis
