• Provide training for Ascend Practice Management Software to new and existing customers
• Facilitate remote training calls and onsite customer visits using standardized curriculum agendas
• Instruct dental offices using prepared curriculum
• Provide post-training session documentation
• Maintain an updated calendar
• Schedule follow-up sessions or webinars as needed
• Communicate by email with offices and team members
• Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
• Document training sessions in the CRM system
• Use multiple software platforms to retrieve customer data for monitoring
• Maintain a personal CSAT score of 90% or above
• Maintain utilization and productivity goals
• Coordinate training with Implementation team members
• Collaborate with Support team members to resolve customer technical issues
• Escalate complex customer issues to the Team Leader or direct supervisor
• Provide shadowing opportunities for new employees across teams and departments
• Mentor new employees throughout onboarding
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
• Travel up to 65%

Requirements

• Typically, 2 to 4 years of related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in related discipline is preferred
