Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Strategy and Client Service Lead to provide overall product strategy, support, and operational consultation for In House and Special Relationship Pharmacies. You will manage service deliverables and cross-functional projects, including complex escalations.

You will collaborate across Client Optimization streams, meet service standards, and offer subject matter expert consultation to Sales during RFP and post-sale activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare or PBM industry preferred.
• Strong focus on quality, effective communication, and customer service.
• Demonstrated ability managing projects utilizing proven project management processes.
• Ability to work and build partnerships cross-functionally, proactively communicate, and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to solution delivery.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required.

• Work across Client Optimization work streams through cross-training as needed
• Meet defined service standards to ensure Client Service Team and client satisfaction
• Provide subject matter expert consultation to Sales during RFP and post-sale activities
• Attend finalist meetings as needed
• Advise account teams and operational partners on capabilities and benefit design strategy
• Independently determine resolutions for service or escalated issues and elevate appropriately
• Participate in cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and present recommendations to leadership
• Lead special projects and share business best practices with peers
• Assist with peer training and support
• Maintain a full workload through cross-training and project assignments
