Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product, technology, and time to market in a Berlin-based role. You will translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap, lead the development team, and collaborate directly with the Founder/CEO as part of the Leadership Team.

You will drive AI integration in products, oversee data structures with SQL, and ensure fast, reliable feature delivery while aligning with business goals.

• Develop the product strategy with the Founder/CEO and translate it into a prioritized roadmap.

• Develop the product strategy together with the Founder/CEO
• Translate the product strategy into a prioritized roadmap
• Ensure efficient execution and the fast, reliable delivery of new features in coordination with the Engineering Manager
• Design and implement new features that make everyday work in dental practices easier
• Analyze and reverse-engineer practice management systems (PMS)
• Reconcile data structures using SQL
• Gather direct user feedback and develop practical, needs-based solutions
• Lead the development team and establish focus and priorities
• Take responsibility for how the team delivers
• Act as the communication interface between Product Management and technical development
• Work directly with the Founder/CEO and contribute to the Leadership Team
• Own the product, technology, technical architecture, and time to market

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management and an understanding of how to build products that delight customers
• Initial experience leading or building a Product team, or a clear ambition to take this step
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work
• Understanding of how AI can be meaningfully integrated into products
• Actively follow the latest AI developments and contribute application ideas at Roger (AI-pilled/AI-first mindset)
• 4+ years of experience in Product and Engineering
• Technical and functional ownership of a product, ideally in a startup/scale-up or as a founder
• Professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Very strong technical expertise, with the ability to communicate product requirements effectively to the Engineering team
• Analytical and structured approach, initiative, independent problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Completed degree, ideally in medicine, business, or IT
• Excellent German and English skills
• SQL and BigQuery knowledge (nice to have)
• Leadership experience (nice to have)
