Jobtailor is seeking a role focused on dental operations and health-insurance processes to optimize broker experiences and sales workflows. You will translate dental business needs into actionable requirements, manage gaps in quoting and enrollment, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver system improvements.

The ideal candidate has strong data analysis skills, advanced Excel/PowerPoint capabilities, and experience in helpdesk environments, with a direction toward agile project delivery

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years health insurance or dental operations experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience identifying gaps and implementing solutions.
• Data analysis capabilities involving large data sets.
• Experience participating or leading a helpdesk.
• Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet connection must be through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
• Preferred: Experience with dental products, particularly Mphasis Javellina.
• Preferred: Experience in technology projects.
• Preferred: Knowledge of broker operations.
• Preferred: Agile project management experience.

Aufgaben

• Support the growth and optimization of the dental business and broker experience.
• Drive dental-specific broker experience, operational processes, and technology solutions.
• Partner with broker distribution teams to support dental brokers and optimize sales processes from pre-sale to enrollment.
• Liaise between Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver dental system capabilities.
• Translate dental business needs into requirements and workflows.
• Identify and resolve gaps in dental quoting, enrollment, and service.
• Synthesize data to highlight trends and risks and manage improvements on the dental backlog.
• Align improvements and changes with dental growth targets.
• Collaborate with training resources to communicate system and process changes.
• Support UAT, training, and rollout for emerging features.
• Participate in helpdesk issue tracking, identify root causes, and ensure fixes meet stakeholder expectations.
