Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Operations specialist to streamline onboarding workflows, maintain HRIS data, and provide frontline employee support using AI tools. You will drive compliant, scalable operations across the employee lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR or operations, strong data accuracy, and proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Experience with ADP, ChartHop, Ashby, Confluence, Jira is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in an HR, people operations, or operations function.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and/or Microsoft tools (Excel/Word).
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS to maintain data and execute lifecycle changes.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: 1+ years at a high-growth startup.
• Preferred: Basic HR compliance knowledge.
• Preferred: Experience with ADP, ChartHop, Ashby, Confluence, Jira, and/or other HR systems.
• Preferred: Autonomous work style with daily task management.

• Preferred: Ability to work autonomously with general guidance, independently managing daily tasks, prioritizing based on business need, and resolving routine roadblocks
• Must be based in the United States; Rula is currently not hiring in Hawaii
