- Support initiatives and strategies for Construction Hike for Hope, Community Walks, and Campus Walks
- Support peer-to-peer revenue events through content management, fundraising coaching, event analysis, and strategy development
- Collaborate with Chapter Staff on implementation of peer-to-peer fundraising events
- Create and maintain social media content calendars for fundraising events
- Manage Community Fundraising inboxes and assign incoming tasks and questions
- Assist with vendor relationship management and routine vendor communication
- Update Out of the Darkness Walk and Construction Hike for Hope websites and landing pages
- Provide customer service and website/registration support to event Chairs and participants
- Assist with research and cultivation of Community Impact Sponsorship relationships
- Coordinate report template requests and provide video tutorials
- Support text-platform reporting, staff/volunteer training, troubleshooting, template creation, and platform maintenance
- Assist with creating and implementing email campaigns for fundraising events
- Process sponsorship, logo, and regional/national sponsorship marketing requests
- Help create and roll out community fundraising resources and materials
- Audit and update event manuals on Chapterland
- Participate in open office hours and Q&A sessions
- Perform event and market analysis and recommend peer-to-peer event goals
- Collect, verify, and manage event projections for community fundraising events
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of one year’s experience in Peer to Peer Fundraising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fundraising experience, particularly within peer to peer events
- Experience working in a national nonprofit organization with Chapter structure
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Public speaking/presentation capabilities within in‑person and virtual environments
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Availability to attend all mandatory meetings and trainings
- Ability to travel as needed to attend work meetings or events
- Ability to speak in front of small and large groups, virtually and in person
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service orientation and comfort interacting with staff, donors, board members, volunteers, and the public via phone and email
- Ability to sit, talk and/or hear and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; occasionally stand and/or walk
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
