Zusammenfassung

Wider Circle seeks a proactive Community Outreach Specialist in Germany to lead the Connect For Life program and grow member engagement. You will plan and run virtual and in-person events, outreach efforts, and home visits to support health access and enrollment.

You will track engagement, report metrics, and collaborate with Ambassadors while maintaining strong communication with members in person or virtually. This role requires adaptability and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation strongly preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Associate's degree preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered instead of a degree
• Experience creating or supporting a community of 500+ members
• Able to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and follow through on commitments
• Comfortable using web-based and app-based systems
• Able to manage tasks and responsibilities in a remote environment with little supervision
• Reliable transportation for home visits; willing to travel 20-50 miles
• Available to work outside regular business hours when needed
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug testing and background checks
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, positive, and able to engage people in person and virtually
• Strong networking and leadership skills, with experience guiding peers
• Able to work well with others, contribute to a positive environment, and provide leadership when needed
• Take the lead on community engagement initiatives with minimal direction
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, and eager to learn and grow
• Safely and consistently drive to public places up to 30 miles away from home

• Routinely sit, stand, and walk throughout events
• Ability to see and hear well enough to interact with members by phone and in person
• Ability to use a computer to view, enter, and update information in different systems
• Effectively communicate with members in person or virtually
