Zusammenfassung

Michael Page GmbH sucht eine Payroll-Expertin bzw. einen Payroll-Experten zur Koordination und Durchführung der Gehaltsabrechnungen über EMEA hinweg. Sie arbeiten eng mit HR, Finanzen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und nutzen integrierte Payroll- und HR-Systeme.

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium, Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Deutsch ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung.
• Erfahrung mit Gehaltsabrechnung in EMEA wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung mit Gehalts-/HR-Systemen ist von Vorteil (SAP/DATEV).
• Starke MS-Excel-Kenntnisse.
• Fließendes Englisch; Deutsch von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
• Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Durchführung der End-to-End-Gehaltsabrechnungen über EMEA.
• Gewährleistung einer genauen und pünktlichen Abrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern.
• Überprüfung, Abstimmung und Konsolidierung payroll-relevanter Daten.
• Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Anfragen zu Gehaltsabrechnungen.
• Arbeit mit integrierten Payroll- und HR-Systemen und Gewährleistung der korrekten Datenverarbeitung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finanzen und internationalen Stakeholdern.
• Unterstützung bei Payroll-Reports, Abstimmungen und Kontrollen.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen.
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits.

Aufgabengebiet

• Support the coordination and execution of end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Review, reconcile, and consolidate payroll-relevant data
• Support employees and internal stakeholders with payroll-related inquiries
• Work with integrated Payroll and HR systems and ensure accurate data processing
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other international stakeholders
• Support payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and controls
• Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and systems
• Assist with internal and external audits

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed university degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in payroll
• Payroll experience within EMEA countries is highly desirable, German payroll experience is not required
• Experience working with integrated Payroll and HR systems
• SAP, DATEV, or experience with comparable systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Comfortable working with systems, data, and payroll-related processes
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented working style
• Fluent English
• German is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus
