Job summary

Michael Page sucht eine/n Payroll-Experte/in für die Koordination und Durchführung der End-to-End-Gehaltsabrechnungen in der EMEA-Region. Die Position arbeitet mit internationalen Stakeholdern und hoch integrierten Payroll- und HR-Systemen.

Der Standort liegt im Norden von München; Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit stabilen Perspektiven und der Möglichkeit, Ihre Expertise in SAP, DATEV und MS Office weiter auszubauen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, Berufsausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung in der Gehaltsabrechnung.
• Erfahrung mit Gehaltsabrechnung in EMEA wünschenswert, Deutschgehaltsabrechnung nicht zwingend.
• Erfahrung mit integrierten Payroll- und HR-Systemen.
• SAP, DATEV oder vergleichbare Systeme von Vorteil.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
• Englisch fließend; Deutsch von Vorteil.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Durchführung der End-to-End-Gehaltsabrechnungen über EMEA hinweg.
• Sicherstellung einer korrekten, termingerechten Abrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern.
• Überprüfung, Abstimmung und Konsolidierung payroll-relevanter Daten.
• Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und internen Stakeholdern bei gehaltbezogenen Anfragen.
• Arbeit mit integrierten Payroll- und HR-Systemen und Gewährleistung korrekter Datenverarbeitung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, Finanzen und internationalen Stakeholdern.
• Unterstützung bei payroll-bezogenen Berichten, Abstimmungen und Kontrollen.
• Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen und Systemen.
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits.

Aufgabengebiet

• Support the coordination and execution of end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers
• Review, reconcile, and consolidate payroll-relevant data
• Support employees and internal stakeholders with payroll-related inquiries
• Work with integrated Payroll and HR systems and ensure accurate data processing
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other international stakeholders
• Support payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and controls
• Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and systems
• Assist with internal and external audits

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed university degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in payroll
• Payroll experience within EMEA countries is highly desirable, German payroll experience is not required
• Experience working with integrated Payroll and HR systems
• SAP, DATEV, or experience with comparable systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Comfortable working with systems, data, and payroll-related processes
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented working style
• Fluent English
• German is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience working in an international environment is a plus
