Qualifikationen

  • 2+ years experience with Google Ads, focusing on Search and Shopping campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets with formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience with e-commerce marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CVR.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

ennovationHUB is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer specializing in the home and living niche. From our WeWork office in downtown Berlin, we sell premium furniture through localized e-commerce websites in the US, UK, and EU.

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to join our marketing department, to work alongside our performance marketing specialists. This is a data-driven role perfect for someone experienced in PPC and Search Engine Marketing, campaign management and performance analysis.

Core Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Scaling: Strategically manage and scale our high-budget Google Ads portfolio (mid-seven figures annually), focusing heavily on Search, Shopping, Performance Max (Pmax), and Demand Gen campaigns.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Lead the development and execution of various testing processes across campaigns, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.

  • Performance Ownership: Actively own, monitor, and report on performance KPIs using both Google Ads and internal BI tools, translating complex data into clear, actionable growth strategies.

  • Strategic Market Insights: Go beyond platform management by monitoring broader industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer behavior to identify new opportunities.

  • Automation & Efficiency: Include AI and automation tools into daily workflows to significantly reduce manual effort, increase operational efficiency, and focus on high-leverage strategic tasks.

  • Funnel Enhancement: Proactively collaborate with design and product teams to recommend UX and conversion rate improvements, ensuring recommendations are supported by data and tangible performance insights.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads, including Search and Shopping campaigns (Ecom will be considered as a bonus)

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)

  • Experience with e-commerce marketing metrics: ROAS, CPA, CVR and other

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
