Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a customer service oriented professional to support the underwriting process for life and health insurance. You will make outbound calls to verify and document information needed to finalize applications.

Using the Quality Assurance database, you will assess what additional customer data is required, explain the process to applicants, complete paperwork, and route calls to the correct department.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

• Proficient use of computer and Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
