Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Enter and update data related to shipments, inventory levels, and other logistical information into the company's database system with precision and efficiency.
• Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing them with source documents and resolve discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel, transportation teams, and other departments to obtain necessary information and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic and physical records to facilitate easy access and retrieval of information.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to identify and rectify any inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the database.
• Generate reports and summaries as required, providing insights and analysis on key performance metrics and trends.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations governing data management and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline data entry processes and enhance efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data entry and logistics to continuously improve performance.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our client, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider. Requirements
