Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and guide complex initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience with risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.

• Ability to lead through influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Broadband with at least 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload when working from home.
• PMP certification (preferred).
