The ITTF Foundation is seeking a proactive Operations & Administration Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination and operations in a part-time role based in Leipzig, Germany. You will work with a global, international team across governance, HR, reporting, events and travel coordination.
Responsibilities include board coordination, document management, and ensuring deadlines and actions are tracked. This role offers remote work options and occasional international travel.
The ITTF Foundation is a global not-for-profit organisation established in 2018, using the power of table tennis to drive sustainable social change and create positive impact in communities worldwide. We work closely with the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF), the global governing body of table tennis, representing 227 Member Associations and more than 30 million competitive players.
We are looking for a proactive, reliable and highly organised individual to support the ITTF Foundation’s day-to-day coordination and operations in this part-time role.
You will contribute across a broad range of activities, including Board and meeting coordination, reporting, HR administration, event and travel coordination, document management and operational follow-up. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, ensuring that actions, deadlines and processes are followed through effectively.
This is a varied and international role offering the opportunity to take responsibility for important organisational processes and contribute to the effective functioning of the ITTF Foundation.
This position is preferably based in our office in Leipzig, Germany, where you will work as part of an international and collaborative team.
The role offers remote work options, providing flexibility while maintaining regular collaboration with colleagues. Occasional travel, including international travel, may be required in connection with meetings and events.
The Operations & Administration Coordinator will report to the ITTF Foundation Director and will work closely with the Operations Coordinator and other colleagues across the organisation.
Working hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Contract length: 1 year fixed-term, with the option to extend
Start date: 15 November 2026
Salary: €14,400-€18,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This range applies to candidates based in Germany and may be adjusted for those based in other countries.
