Zusammenfassung

JD.COM is seeking a Training PMO to partner with European operations, build training plans, coordinate onboarding, and standardise learning resources across markets. You will gather data on attendance, completion, and performance to drive continuous improvement and support frontline management talent pipelines.

Occasional site visits and collaboration with cross-border teams are required. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, process optimisation, and leveraging Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Training, L&D, Training Operations, HRBP or Project Management.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, manufacturing or frontline operations is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Training, L&D, Training Operations, HRBP or Project Management.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, manufacturing or frontline operations is preferred.
• Understanding of inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes is a strong advantage.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, project coordination and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; LMS or dashboard experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Chinese or another European language is an advantage.
• Willingness to visit and support operational sites when required.
