Jobtailor is seeking a Partner Success Specialist to onboard new partner businesses and set up their systems. You will train partners and provide ongoing remote support via video, serving as their primary point of contact.

You will answer questions patiently and help ensure partners actively use the product to achieve greater success. Beyond training, you will identify opportunities for partners, including website improvements or online marketing, to boost their performance and results.

• Excellent German language skills.
• Strong communication abilities in English are optional here but helpful.
