We're seeking an On‑site Service Technician (m/f/d) to join a global company specializing in RF systems and technologies for industrial applications, headquartered in the USA with a German subsidiary. You will deliver hands‑on technical support to customers primarily across North Rhine‑Westphalia (NRW), with occasional travel to other regions.

We welcome applicants with previous service experience, but we also encourage candidates who have an educational background or training in electrical engineering, are hands‑on and technically minded, and are motivated to work in a maintenance technician role involving frequent travel to customer sites from Monday to Friday, with no on‑call duty. We will be happy to support you in your ongoing technical development and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, repair, and servicing of electronic devices and systems
• Technical support and on‑site problem solving at the customer's location
• Analysis and implementation of individual customer requirements
• Documentation of service activities
• Ongoing training on products and technologies

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in electrical engineering, with a focus on low‑voltage systems
• Experience in technical service or support of electronic devices is a plus
• Good ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Enthusiasm for manual work, strong manual skills and a genuine interest in carrying out manual tasks as a long‑term professional focus.
• Good command of German, both written and spoken, for communication with customers, as well as at least basic English skills for technical documentation and communication within the team. At least one language at the B1–B2 level and a second language at the B2–C1 level
• Independent, structured working style with strong customer focus
• Valid Class B driving license with a clean driving record (no traffic violations
• Willingness to travel extensively to customers across Northern and Western Germany, and occasionally to other parts of Germany as required. Unrestricted access to the German labor market (e.g. EU citizenship or valid work permit)
• Education completed in Germany or in EU
