NAXCON GmbH, headquartered in Weil am Rhein with offices in Stuttgart, seeks an Electrical Technician / Electronics Technician to support development projects and production readiness in the Defence sector. Located in Schneizlreuth, Germany, the role requires strong German and English skills and independent, precise work ethic.

You will develop technical concepts, collaborate on safety verification, assemble and test prototypes, and help prepare manufacturing documentation while traveling

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with state-certified technician qualification.
• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Experience in plant engineering or special‑purpose machine construction is a plus.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.

• Support development projects from the development prototype stage through to series-production readiness.
• Develop and analyse detailed technical concepts and specifications.

Tasks

• Support development projects from the development prototype stage through to series-production readiness.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., for devices & systems) with further training to become a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Experience in plant engineering or special-purpose machine construction is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office,
• ideally also advanced computer skills (EPLAN, SAP, Matlab, Spice)
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and conscientiously, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• High attention to quality and strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
