Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent.
• Relevant professional experience.

• Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken, plus MS Office skills.
• Basic networking/Wi‑Fi knowledge beneficial but not required.
• Independent, solution‑oriented, customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, fault rectification, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Preparation and follow-up of service assignments using IT-based systems.
• Fault analysis in the areas of application, mechanics, and software.
• Performing service, maintenance, repair, and calibration on-site or in-house at branch locations.
• Support the sales team with site assessments, equipment selection, quotations, and service contracts.

Duties

• Daily routine tasks such as troubleshooting, fault rectification, repairs, and maintenance work
• Preparation and follow-up of service assignments using IT-based systems
• Fault analysis in the areas of application, mechanics, and software
• Performing service, maintenance, repair, and calibration work for our existing customers on-site and/or in-house at our branch locations
• Supporting our sales team with your technical expertise by conducting site assessments, selecting suitable equipment, and providing specifications for quotations as well as service and maintenance contracts

Conditions of Employment and Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience
• Independent, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A pronounced customer-focused service mindset
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, etc. is advantageous but not required
• Basic knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi technologies would be beneficial but is not essential
• Ideally, several years of experience in a service-related role
• Willingness to travel and openness toward different people and cultures
• Interest in professional development and further training (including internal training in hardware, software, and related areas)
• Strong technical understanding and aptitude
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as solid MS Office skills
