Fleet management: Administration and organization of the vehicle fleet, including coordination of service appointments, accident management, and communication with external service providers such as LeasePlan.

Organizational tasks: Coordination of special topics (e.g., first responders, first aid courses, special assignments).

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in office management, ideally in a corporate environment
Confident use of MS Office and SAP
