How you will create an impact 📈
  • Fleet management: Administration and organization of the vehicle fleet, including coordination of service appointments, accident management, and communication with external service providers such as LeasePlan.

  • Office organization & material procurement: Ordering and distribution of office supplies, work clothing and shoes, courier services (e.g., via LetMeShip), guest services.

  • Organizational tasks: Coordination of special topics (e.g., first responders, first aid courses, special assignments).

  • Travel management: Organization of business trips for the holding company + applicants and customers in close communication with the travel agency (including visas, entry formalities).
